Auto-Floc utilises innovative technologies offering automated chemical treatment to sediment laden run-off. Auto-Floc eliminates health and safety and sustainability issues traditionally associated with chemical dosing. Their patented technology allows for a quick installation with a battery powered system charged through solar and capable of being managed remotely with a cloud interface.

Our scope of work involved the design of the electronics hardware and preproduction of pilot units. We assembled and functionally tested about 100 of these units, used for extensive field testing.

The main challenge in this project was to develop a robust production system to minimise risks, optimise supply chain and efficiently build units according to delivery requirements.
